02

Information we collect or receive

The exact data depends on the game, the features you use, your device settings, and the third-party services enabled in that release.

Some SDKs may derive approximate location from an IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a game clearly asks for it and explains why before access.

03

How we use information

  • Provide gameplay, save progress, restore purchases, and deliver requested features.
  • Keep games stable, compatible, secure, and free from abuse or fraud.
  • Understand aggregate engagement and improve difficulty, content, and performance.
  • Deliver and measure advertising only in games where advertising is enabled.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law treats certain advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may have the right to opt out through the game’s privacy controls or by contacting us.

04

Service providers, SDKs, and disclosure

We may disclose limited information to providers that operate game features for us, subject to their terms and our configuration. Every SDK included in a release must also match the game’s Google Play Data safety declaration.

Google Play ServicesStore delivery, integrity, and platform features
Google Play BillingIn-app purchase processing, when enabled
Analytics servicesGameplay analytics, only when enabled for a title
Advertising servicesAdvertising, only when enabled for a title

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect players and the service, during a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent. Third-party links and services have their own privacy practices.

05

Children and family audiences

Our general-audience games are not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their country unless the relevant store listing expressly says otherwise. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information.

If a game includes children in its target audience, we configure its data practices and advertising for that audience, use only services permitted for child-directed use, and do not use personalized advertising for children. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a child’s information.

06

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Retention depends on the data: active save data may be kept while an account is used; support records are generally kept up to 24 months; security, transaction, and legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before secure rotation. If a game offers accounts, you can initiate deletion through the game and through our web deletion resource. Legitimate fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be retained where permitted, and we will explain that exception.

07

Your rights and choices

  • Use device settings to limit permissions and reset or restrict advertising identifiers.
  • Use in-game controls to manage consent or personalized advertising where available.
  • Ask to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal information, subject to local law.
  • Withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to contact@heycici.com. We may verify your identity and connection to the relevant game account before fulfilling a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

08

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, limited staff access, secure transport where supported, dependency review, and incident response. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

09

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or other safeguards. Privacy laws and government access rights may differ between countries.

10

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our games, SDKs, or legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date and, when a change is material, provide additional notice in the game or through another appropriate channel.
