Simple rules for playing on fair terms.

Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using a game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree where required. You must provide accurate information when an account or support request requires it.

Limited license

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices. The game is licensed, not sold. Tran Ngoc Hai and its licensors retain all rights in the game, software, characters, artwork, text, music, trademarks, and updates.

Fair play and acceptable use

You may not:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software.
• Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except where law expressly permits.
• Disrupt servers, interfere with other players, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the game for harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or harmful content.
• Trade, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside features we expressly provide.

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the game, or legal rights.

Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items

Purchases are processed by Google Play or another displayed store provider under that provider’s payment and refund rules. Prices, taxes, and billing periods are shown before confirmation. Virtual currency and items are limited licenses with no cash value unless law requires otherwise; they may not be transferred outside the game.

Subscriptions renew as disclosed until canceled in your store account. Deleting the game or your game account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. We may change or retire virtual content while considering applicable law and player fairness.

Player content and feedback

If a game lets you submit names, messages, images, or other content, you keep ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and use it only to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights to anything you submit. Feedback and suggestions may be used without obligation or compensation.

Updates, availability, and termination

Games may require updates and internet access. Features, events, compatibility, and availability can change. We may suspend a service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product reasons. You may stop using a game at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, games and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or preservation of local save data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tran Ngoc Hai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected game during the previous 12 months or the minimum amount required by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will receive appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
